Massaged Kale Salad Recipe

This Massaged Kale salad is a fast and healthy alternative to a vegetable side or salad: This recipe serves 4-6 people.

Per Serving size: 185 calories; 15 g fat,  9 g carbohydrates,  5 g protein, 2 g fiber,  270 mg sodium,  340 mg potassium.

  • 2 heads of Kale
  • 1/3 cup of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 2-3 cloves of fresh chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce

  • Wash the Kale well and cut off the thicker part of the stem.
  • Cut the leaves into pieces ( your choice how big).
  • Place in large bowl and add all the ingredients.
  • Massage the salad for 5 minutes till it reduces amount  by half.
  • Enjoy!
